Bio
Denise began training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Coach Jeff Cook in 2024 and is currently a blue belt. She also trains in Muay Thai and dabbles with wrestling adding to her mixed martial arts practice.
She teaches women’s self defense and is the fitness trainer for M1 Combat Academy while being certified in fitness. Denise offers personal training and group instruction to meet any and all needs of those she trains.
She brings a lot of energy and knowledge that she loves to share to help others build their confidence, motivation, and growth mentally, emotionally, and physically through building a love for fitness, self-defense, and BJJ. Denise also leads the homeschool jiu jitsu group planning monthly academic events, field trips, and social get togethers.
