Bio
Rebecca is a purple belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu. She began her training in 2020 in the Midwest and has trained under Jeff Cook in Arizona for the past four years. She teaches women’s self defense and jiu jitsu at M1 Combat Academy. Rebecca is passionate about giving women the confidence and knowledge to defend themselves, and she works to make the mats a welcoming place for women at every level, from their first class on.
